what was Albert philosophy of education explain in 100words

I HOPE by Albert you meant Albert Einstein.

Albert Einstein believed in not memorizing of facts and dates as they could be looked later on from books. He believed in training mind to discover new ideas.

He despised rote learning , cramming and mugging of facts. According to his idea of education, education should teach children regarding how to think and not just feeding the brain with useless facts.
