The economic situation in Germany briefly improved between 1924-1929. However, Germany in the 1920s remained politically and economically unstable. The Weimar democracy could not withstand the disastrous Great Depression of 1929. The disaster began in the United States of America, the leading economy in the world.

Option A i.e People were more willing to turn to radical reforms of government.
The Great Depression hit the Germany very hard. The people became jobless and unemployed. They linked this effect of Depression to Germany's humiliation after the defeat of WW I. They perceived that parliamentary government is very weak and unable to solve the economic crises. There was anger, fear and impatience among people which made them more willing to turn to radical forms of government.
On the other hand Hitler promised to alleviate economic crises and restore Germany to its glory which also made people to support the radical forms of government.
