Balkan region are Romania, Bulgaria , Greece Macedonia, and Albania

and major problem that strike in this area after they get independence from ottoman empire is that which country is more powerful.

we can say it because first of all is the long drawn process

then major problem is of ethnic groups

then they don't believe in war as it happend in other countries
