Bukhti was a state:
- The Bukhti was a state of ancient India.
- The Chandelas of Jejakabhukti was a royal empire in Central India. They ruled much of the Bundelkhand region (then named Jejakabhukti) between the 9th and the 13th centuries.
- The antique name of the Bundelkhand is Jejakabhukti, which resembles the old mahajanapada of Chedi.
