James Mill was the writer who wrote about the history of india but he never been to India in his whole life.

He wrote about India in his book "the history of british india" which was published in the year 1817 . He divided the book into into three parts Hindus, Muslims and Christians which the historians believe was not the correct way to represent history. He wrote that there was no unity in India's people because their rulers used with each other he also wrote that India is a land of illeterate people where mostly people believe in superstitions and they have knowledge about the world. I don't know why he wrote about india that bad cause he never been to india in his entire life .
