what was difference between Bolshevik and menshevik groups

Bolsheviks was leaded by lenin.. It was party opened to few of them. They thought in a society like tsarist Russia.. There should be a uniform and disciplined party.
Menshevik party were against Bolsheviks. It was the party opened to all

Bolshevik was led by Lenin and menshevik was break away group of Bolshevik both were the socialist part Lenin led the Bolshevik part and Alexander Kerensky led menshevik Bolsheviks wanted to transform Russia through revolution but mensheviks wanted to transform society through education and reforms among workers.
