What was duma how far it was successful

When Tsar went to dissolve Duma it caused the February revolution. It was not much succeded as the govt. in charge of the Duma were fighting between themselves and not much fulfilled the need of the society specially the workers of that time. The Duma was an elected semi-representative body in Russia from 1906 to 1917.
