It was successful with positive results
initially being shown in the first 3 months,
However, in the more long term, the Duma
failed to run the affairs of the empire properly
resulting in the Russian Revolution of 1917,
when the Duma was dissolved.

Duma is an official name of Russian parliament , the first Duma. was named state Duma ..
it was not successful as it was dismissed under 75 days of it formation .. it was created by ruling of emperor Trarist regime in 1905... and re -elected within 3 months second Duma
he did not want any reduction in his power
and the third Duma with conservative politics
