ur answer goes like this dear :-

division of power of power between Goverment and its various consistent is called Federal division of power. In this type of division of power,is divided between Government, political parties, communities ,pressure group etc.

For example :-(I) power is divided between Central ,state and community government in Belgium.

(ii) power is divided among Central estate and local government. apart from these certain backward classes are given reservation in it to confirm there proper development.

Power sharing implies a greater values in the upliftment of society. It respects majority as well as minority. It helps in decentralization of power and reduces chances of any conflict.

Hence, power sharing is very desirable in modern form of government otherwise a country can face intense conflict like that of Sri Lanka..
