What was Gondwana land???

Gondwana land is a supercontinent that is situated in the southern hemispheres that corresponds to the Indian and Australians in America. The land existed for more than 300 millions years and is it made up of main continental blocks in different parts of the globe. The name was derived from an Indian tribe called Gond and wana which is a island. Gondwana is divided into two pieces while the eastern part is divided into India Australia Madagascar and Antarctica.
