Guru Nanak's criticism

Guru Nanak did not believe in the formalisation and rituals of the society. He was born during the rule of Ibrahim Lodi. He never believed in any distinction between the Hindus and the Muslims. His believes went beyond any sort of religious or cultural boundaries. He stood for well-being of the humans irrespective of their caste and creed. His aim was to restore the faith in justice and human Rights and the strength of goodwill. As caste divided the people, he believed that no social change could be brought in without an attack on the caste system.
