Treaty of Vienna of 25 March 1815, (also known as "Treaty of General Alliance") when Austria, Britain, Prussia and Russia agreed to put 150,000 men in the field against Napoleon Bonaparte.(see wikisource:Declaration at the Congress of Vienna).

The congress of Vienna was convened in 1815 by the 4 European powers which had defeated Napoleon. The first goal was to establish a new balance of power in Europe which would prevent Imperialism within Europe, such Napoleon empire, and maintain the peace between the great powers.
