germany was not invited to a conference on treaty of versailles to which all other european nations were invited.it was a insult to germany. moreover there was a territorial clash between france and germany. as germany was defeated in WORLD WAR-1 france imposed  fine on germany through wealth and france took some important territories of germany . as it was insulted , people like hitler rose in germany.
