I dont understand what do you exactly mean by devwlopment... But as far as i get it it must be about the devwlopment in the amount of forest hectares.
So frankly there's no significant development in the foreat region not only in asia or africa but also around the globe.
We're not just taking care of forest, planting less trees and doing nothing for its welfare but also we are recklessly cutting down or grazing down forest regions for industrial and residential purpose.
