The war of 1812 was fought between the United States and the United Kingdom from the June of 1812 to the February of 1815.

This war was mainly caused by the British restrictions in the U.S trading systems and along with the America's desire to expand it's territory.

The most important and significant result of this war was two centuries peace between US and UK.This result surely affected the world history.
