PRI{INSTITUTIONAL REVOLUTIONARY PARTY} WAS PARTY IN MEXICO WHICH WAS KNOWN TO USE MANY DIRTY TRICKS TO WIN ELECTIONS.DUE TO HIS DIRTY TRICKS THE PARTY HAD BEEN WINNING THE ELECTIONS UNTIL 2000. THE PRI FORCED THE TEACHERS AND PARENTS TO VOTE FOR THEM.THEY SPENT A LARGE SUM OF MONEY IN THE CAMPAIGN FOR ITS CANDIDATES
