✨ROWLATT ACT : it was an act passed by the British in 1919 . The act was hurriedly passed by the imperial legislative Council despite the United oppositions from the Indians .

✨The Act provided extensive powers to the British to arrest political prisoners without any trial In the court . The act according to Gandhi was highly unjustified and hence he decided to oppose it .

Rowlatt act is introduced by rowlatt as it named after it.In this act person which was found against the British government it will get punishment. It is very cruel act which come in effect on 06 April 1919 and Mahatma Gandhi was in opposition of such act and in 13 april 1919 general O'dyer shots more than thousand people in Jallianwala bagh in Amritsar.
