- starting from Sabarmati ashram.

- end in dandi.

. total days covered to complete the salt March was 24 days.

. thousands came to hear Gandhi ji wherever he stopped,he told them about swataj and non- violence.

. on 6 April 1930 he reached dandi and violeted the law by manufacturing salt .

- because of this salt March civil disobedience movement was started
