Gaston at first had no idea to buy the villa. But eventually when mrs. alSmith showed , he transformed into a witful seller rather than a buyer. so after he had sold the villa to her for double the price, he tricked juliet into believing that he actually wanted to buy the villa. hence making a huge profit
