Tawa Matsya Sangha or TMS organisation was set up because of rights of forest dwellers people basically for Satpura forest in Madhya Pradesh. In 1994 Government gave order private contractors for fishing from Tawa Reservoir with the help of villagers. But the contractors didn't hear this they took outside workers.
