It was my fathers birthday party which was totally a surprise for hi, he even forgot his own birthday date due to the pressure in his job, worries , tasks load and many other reasons.
So, a months before I and my mother planned for an outing in Darjeeling and celebrate my fathers birthday in the Darjeeling mall's restaurant which belonged to my uncle who also knew about this plan. Accordingly the day came to board our train, my father still didn't knew anything.
After reaching there we had some sight scene and then at night though it was 45 minutes past 11 still we were sitting in my uncles restaurant. At last when it was 12 midnight and my fathers birth date my uncle turned off the lights and sparkled the candles and lighted the night to celebrate my fathers 50th birthday.
While my father was still a an awe we celebrated the night and returned home after few days more spending there.

We spent our best summer vacation in July at our grandparent's house in Yercaud. We went to many places for sight-seeing and collected a lot of memories. Our uncle took us to the radio station located on the top of the hill. The journey to reach the destination was remarkable.
We moved through the forest where one could spot deer and peacocks easily. To our surprise and shock, we spotted an elephant amid the jungle. While we remained quiet, the elephant drank water from a nearby ponds and left without noticing us.
