In the story of The Kingdom of Fools, the Guru knew that his kind and ministers were fools.
In order to make them fool, Guru stated that the first one to be executed at the state would become the next king in the next life.
As results, kind and his ministers got them executed and the Guru were made the kind and the next ministers of the state.
