When June 20 On 1789, the third party gathered in the Hall of Tennis Court situated in the Viceroy's ground and declared theirself a National Assembly. They vowed that till the draft of the constitution is ready, they will not be separated from each other. Mirabeau also released a magazine and gave a speech to influence the crowd gathered there.
