difference is that there is different territory being shown in both the maps ok I am a teacher in school and I am teaching the class 7th science I saw it so that it is looking very fraud that both the member actually same but among them there is something different in territory is it just me and look with characters that are present there then you can find some differences are present here if you have any doubt that you can inbox me I will quickly solved out as I am also afraid of that that if you have not understood but not if you can it be understood that it is good but if you do not understood it then you can quickly inbox me that I will cleared out your doubt

Map 1 is made by a Arab geographer AL Idrisi in 1154th century and it shows the Indian subcontinent from land to sea. But the map 2 shows was made by a French cartographer in 1720s. Both maps are quite different from each other, even though they represent the same area.

In map 1 we find south India, north India, and srilanka is the island at the top. The place names are in Arabic. Some familiar places like kannauj is spelled qanauj. In comparison to this map 2 was made nearly 600 later after map 1.
