They want to maintain a balance between agriculture, cutting of trees for wood, hunting for food with the growth of new trees and animal proliferation.

The government on the other hand wants to displace the tribes and compete isolate the forest from any degrading influence, and fail to include the tribes as an integrated part of the forest ecosystem.
