What was the difference between the speaker and the listener in the act of chopping wood?

Answer:lushkoff,the listener was weak and did not will to do the laborious job of chopping the wood but the speaker serji,threatened to send the police for the listener.so the listener was kind unlike the speaker but due to fear he chopped the wood.
