What was the dispute between the Lily and the rose?

They were fighting about even the rose is beautiful it have thorns it mean not every beautiful thing makes you feel happy if you touch it, it will hurt you. So lily asked but still you are the most popular favorite of the peoples even when the lily don't hurts you.
