Liberty, equality and fraternity which the Constitution seeks to secure for the people of India are to serve the primary objective of ensuring social, economic,and political justice..Fundamental rights and Directive principles of State policy and other provisions incorporated to achieve these objectives.

Objectives enshrined in the preamble :

The following are the objectives which the Preamble the preamble secures to every citizen -

Justice : Social, economic and political ;

Liberty : of thought , expression, belief, faith and worship;

Equality : of status and of opportunity; and to promote among them all ;

Fraternity : Assuring the Dignity of the individual and the unity and integrity of the Nation.
