What was the immediate reason that caused U.S. Secretary of State William Jennings Bryan to resign in June 1915?

The main reason of the resignation of US Secretary of state in the june 1915 was his concerns over the president  Woodrow  Wolison's stance which the president took more likely as the anti-germany stance.
William thinks that the president's this type of behaviour would drag the Whole United states to the world war 1.
He resigned on the exact date of 9 june 1915 from his duties.

William Jennings Bryan, the US Secretary of State resigned in June 1915 because he did not agree with the way Woodrow Wilson dealt with German submarine sinking of the Lusitania. He could not come to terms with the way how Wilson dealt with various instances such as the actions he planned on Germany. He knew that this would cause the United States to get involved in World War I. Because of this, he resigned from his post on June 09, 1915.
