Heyya!

The impact of globalisation on workers are:-

a. Casual workers are hired on contract when demand is high and laid off when demand declines.
b. There is no job security among workers.
c. They have long working hours, work night shifts on regular basis during peak season.
d.  They are  not given any  benefits of pension, overtime, medical leave etc.
e. Flexibility of labour laws have allowed Companies hire workers for short period , when there is a work pressure and can hire workers on contractual basis, thus providing no job security to them
f. Workers in most of the MNC's are compelled to work for long hours to meet the targets especially during peak seasons.

Hope it helps! : )

The small workers are exploited as the government has allowed flexible labour laws. In simple words, the MNC's can change the labouer laws according to their eish and the workers therefore have no rights.
