what was the incident of the dead women in 3 men in a boat .. plz answer fastly

When the trio was moving forward in river Thames , they found a dead body of a lady....they reported locals about it and didn't found any information related to her...They finally concluded that she might be having an relationship with someone before marriage and had child ....so the society didn't accepted it ...due to depression she left committed suicide....

I'm in 11 class....it had been an entire year...so some point may be inappropriate ..
