As Helen's word bank grew , she developed love for writing . She wrote a book ' Autumn leaves' which Was renamed as the 'Frost king.'
She read the story to her family and everyone was surprised about Helen's writing.
She gifted the story to Mr Anagnos on his birthday, he was very delighted and published it in one of the Perkins report . But was embarrassed as the story was similar to 'Birdie and his friends' written by Margaret T canby.
Helen was accused of plagiarism and had to face a trial , Ms Sullivan was not allowed to be with Helen.
This incident had effected Helen's mental state and it took quite some time for her to become stable.
Initially Mr Anagnos believed Helen was innocent but after some time accused her. Miss Sullivan imvestigated and proved Helen innocent , Anagnos tried to reastablish the bond but Helen had lost her hope.
