Hey Mate!!

Albert Einstein was a theoretical physicist, and did not invent anything. It was other scientists who studied and used his Theory of Special Relativity, Theory of General Relativity and his discoveries and work on the Photoelectric Effect to invent things.

Einstein is either directly or indirectly responsible for:

Nuclear power and the atomic bomb
Lasers and all laser technology
Global Positioning Systems (GPS)
Satellites
Spacecraft guidance systems
Computerized screens, e.g., computers, cellphones, TVs and air traffic control systems
PET scans (positron emission topography)
Electron microscopes
Provided understanding of gravity, and how it is created (overturning Isaac Newtons theory which had stood as truth for over 250 years)
Provided proof that atoms and molecules exist by using the Brownian Effect, and calculated the size of atoms.
Provided proof that light travels in waves of minuscule particles called quanta, and calculated the speed of light at 186,000 miles per second, and also proved that the speed of light is the cosmic speed limit.
Provided proof and understanding that space and time are interwoven and deeply connected, and that time is relative, not set in stone.
Provided knowledge and understanding of the photoelectric effect which helped with the discovery and research of quantum physics. (Einstein won the 1921 Nobel Prize in Physics for this.)
Provided calculations, understanding and proof of the existence of black holes, as well as the expanding universe.
All of this is why Einstein’s name is considered synonymous with genius.
