What was the kangaroo reaction to the duck request

The kangaroo is moved by the ducks request and tells the duck that its not a bad idea but needs to be thought over as it could possibly bring him luck.he politely raises an objection that the ducks feet are cold and wet ,it might fall him sick.the duck gives a solution by saying that he would carry four pairs of wollen socks and cover his feet neatly.the duck also said thayt it would smoke cigar everyday and bring a cloak with to keep warm.then the kangaroo agrees with the duck.
