Limitations on Newton's 2nd Law. only if the mass is constant. Since the mass changes as the speed approaches the speed of light, F=ma is seen to be strictly a non-relativistic relationship which applies to the acceleration of constant mass objects

Answer:

Limitations of Newton's law:-

⇒ Netwon’s laws of motion only apply to inertial frames, which are the frames obey the Newton's first law.

⇒ They are inexact under all conditions and possible fames.

⇒ Newton’s third law we learn that a unit force is simply the direction of the interaction between two bodies

⇒ Newton's second law is not possible in non-inertial frames, and the third law is violated in relativity.
