What was the main reason for calling-off of the non cooperation movement in 1922?

here were two main cause of call off non cooperation movement.
Chauri chaura hatyAkand -under this violence action gandhi ji decided to call off movement because the movement turned violent and clashes raised between police and protestor cause many of dead.
The problem of khilafat movement was solved because ottoman empire was integrated and Khalifa gave back it's power and khilafat committee declared legal. So the problem of Muslim was solved therefore mahatma gandhi decided to call off movement.
1. Khadi cloth was more expensive , less durable and expensive to maintain than mill made cloth . The poor could not afford to buy it and therefore could not boycott mill made cloth for long .
2. Boycott of foreign cloth , schools , colleges , courts by lawyers was an integral part of the Non-Cooperation Movement .
Boycott of British institutions posed a problem . For the movement to be successful alternative Indian institutions had to be set up so that they could be used in place of British institutions . Alternative institutions were slow to come up. Teachers and students had no option except to go back to government schools.
3. Lawyers too joined back work in government courts.
