Mansabdari system was nothing but a system of nobles and mansabdars under which a mansabdar noble was granted the rights to hold a jaguar which meant revenue assignment for services rendered by them but the authority bestowed upon them was not unbridle but with the direct role of these nobles in the hand of the king.
