Mr. Koch, the math teacher, was a great teacher. He had the acumen to see Albert’s genius. He admitted Albert was wasting his prodigious talent at the school. He believed Einstein had developed his mathematical skill up to that level which was beyond his own range. He believed Einstein could teach him. He gave him such a commendation in his reference letter that it would certainly have helped him get admission in a college in Milan.

He follows and knows different ideas to teach simple manner and so it become more comfortable for the Albert to spend time without meeting any risk and trouble of it.
