Cripps mission was sent to India to seek cooperation during world war 2 in March 1942.


Headed by Sir Stafford Cripps. Congress shifted to quit India moment refusing to support and in the war effort and no middle and in return almost entire Congress leadership was imprisoned and the mission failed.
