The Civil Rights movement was led by the blacks of the America. The black Americans were discriminated in hospitals, education and transport facilities. The transport buses have also segregated the seats for the blacks and the whites. All the Black Americans fought against this segregation and led a strike in Montgomery. This strike was leaded by Dr Martin Lutherking. The bus transport authorities have suffered a severe loss and they appealed in the court against the segregation of the seats.
