Non-cooperations means to not cooperate with british what ever they want.
Gandhi lead this movement the first round table conference was not successful .But when the british told the indians that if they come in the second round table conference then they will listen to them thats why for a few gandhiji told the indians to cooperate with the british but after when the british didnot listen to gandhi he again re-started the non-course cooperation movement.
