it is a revolutionary party formed by the students in annam. this party was basically formed because the young annans found a crampled world as they were purposefully failed in their school leaving exams and hence couldnt qualify for white collor jobs.it marks the fact that scools and students played a grat role in bringing about nationalism in Vietnam
