SOLUTION:
The poet watched every act of the snake with great joy.Different voices came from within the poet when he saw the snake at the water trough. One of these was the voice of his education. It said that the snake was poisonous and must be killed. But the poet in him was feeling honoured by the snake's visit. He felt like talking to it. Other voices said it was a sign of the poet's cowardice. But notwithstanding these voices the poet was feeling greatly honoured by the snake’s visit.
