Current system of education and shortage of chances of creativity for lecturers as well as students is persistent. Excessive use of textbooks and external examinations to the exclusion of the way of education is partially liable for this.
Whole generations of teachers haven’t written other system and changes within the present system will meet with resistance.
Training of teachers for learning that could worked on computer-aided teaching and technology helped learning should be there in many reforms.
Indian government and State Governments need to provide this method by bringing about guidelines for teacher quality improvement.
