What was the proposal of zakhir Hussain comity

A committee was appointed after wardha education conference. Committee was run under the chairmanship of Zakhir hussain.The proposal was to construct a detail educational syllabus and plan. It was a beggining of new system of education that provide basic education for all. Medium of education will be India's mother tongue.
