the bolsheviks brought about many changes in the society after the october revolution. They were :

1. Banks and industries were rationalized .

2. Land was declared social property , thereby allowing the peasants to seize it from the nobility .

3 . In urban areas ,  houses were partitioned according to family requirement and not of their wealth , caste or their economical status.

4. Old aristocratic titles were seized from the people , and new uniforms were designed for the army and the officials .

5 . they did all of this to make sure the society was socially and mentally friendly and .

6 . They introduced a process of centralized planning . due to this the country had great economical growth .

7 . Cheap public health care was being provided as they believed in a healthy community is equally important .

8 . Model living quarters were set up for the workers .

9 . They started the five year plans believing that the economy could prosper much better if the could set and work out the targets for a period of five years .

10 . During the civil war the bolsheviks , strictly ordered for land redistribution for the people.
