Rowlatt Act is a act that also called as black law .It is a law in which no arrested person is allowed to go for a dalil or Vakil(lawyer).

The Rowlatt Act was enacted in February 1919. This act gave British the power to arrest and prison any Indian person without any trial and court martial. The enactment of this act was strongly protested Mahatma Gandhi.
