Summer is usually a time for students to kick back and relax. But high school scholars from the U.S. and around the globe will convene on Friday, July 29, 2011, in the Grand Ballroom of the Georgetown University Conference Center to be honored for their academic success. These students will be rewarded for their academic triumphs, a result of their hard work during the scholastic year. Key figures of the academic arena and public figures like co-founder Claes Nobel, a senior member of the family that established the Nobel Prizes, will be on hand to represent the National Society of High School Scholars honoring these students. Greg Roberts, Dean of Admissions at the University of Virginia, will also address the Scholar's Day attendees.
