Hello sis or bro...

Here is ur answer...

In India the people were agitated and the moment for freedom grew stronger and stronger day by day. In 1927 the British government sent Sir John Simon and some other members to find the grievances of the Indian people. This was called Simon Commission. It was an all white commission and not even a single Indian was it's member. The people boycotted this commission. When the commission came to Lahore, Lala Lajpat Rai and some other people greeted them with black flags and the slogan "Simon go back". The British police gave severe lathi blows to Lala Lajpat Rai and the others. Lalaji was badly wounded and later he died. Lalaji was called the Lion of punjab. He said "Every blow of lathi on my body would become a nail in the coffin of the British empire".

Hope it will help you!

Thank u...
