I think if phoolbshan yadav was not there then the girls and women who were living in rural areas can not get any scope for education and works. Then they will be treated as same as they were treated before . Women will do the houseworks and girls will be the shepherd. Before women and girls don't have any respect for themselves they were treated as a servant who works for free of coste.

before when a girl became 6 years old then she has to do all the work of home such as cooking, washing etc.. and when she was at the age of twelve or thirteen they were getting married..

So , they were not getting any education till there end of her life..

But now we have many stages of education for girls. First when the child grow up they were going to anganwadi, then primary school and then secondary school...
